Johan Lindblom, CEO, Softhouse Småland
We think it is extremely important to be involved and contribute and during the past week we have had several different free webinars on remote work with over 150 participants. As they have been so popular, we also offer webinars in digital leadership where you get help to run and develop your leadership in digital channels. Both over hangout and other forms of distance tools. We also want to encourage more digitization, which means that we have developed e-lunches where we offer a digital advisory lunch. In simple terms, this means that you choose the lunch you want at one of your local lunch places and we send it to your home so that you don't have to go out of the door, while at the same time we make an effort for the local restaurants that are having a bit of a tough time right now. In this way, we can support the business community by sharing our collective experience and knowledge while together we support the local restaurant and have time to talk about digitization together over a delicious e-lunch.
During the week, we have helped several different companies get started with their digitization by helping and coaching different companies in their digital maturity. Where we both supported in tool selection and tips on how to work more efficiently with digital tools and via link. As a follow-up to our webinars on remote work, we have also produced an infographic on remote work that you are welcome to share and spread.
Why have you taken this initiative?
We want to contribute in these difficult times and create conditions for more digitization in society. We develop digital business, software, operations and people every day and see that if we can be involved and contribute in any way, we want to be.
What do you want to achieve?
Of course, our goal is to create the conditions for businesses around our society to function as well as possible in this time. We can contribute by helping to digitize and provide advice on how to adapt your business to the best digital ability. We have also had a lot of advice on technology choices and digital services that can be good to keep track of if you work remotely for the first time.
Who are you targeting with your initiative?
We target all types of companies and individuals who need help with digitalization. We operate in several different industries and are familiar with most programming languages and technologies, which means that we are very adaptable and can help regardless of the technical height of the challenge.
